Vegetable Potpie

And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men. Colossians 3:23

I hate vegetables, but we had this for dinner tonight, and it was delicious!

Vegetable Potpie

I have one of those 9 x 13 pans from Egypt that you can use stovetop, then tuck in the oven. You can use a skillet and pan if you need to.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Thaw about a pound of diced potatoes and various mixed veggies of choice by stir frying them in a little oil. Add 1/2 cup water and a maggi cube (vegetable bouillon) and heat on medium-high, stirring until maggi is dissolved. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.

In the meantime, saute 1/2 a medium onion chopped in a saucepan and add to the potatoes and veggies. Cover with pizza dough and make a couple vents to let air out. Trim excess dough and reserve for later use.

Bake for 30 min.
